Director and CFO, CNF Investments
Since 2004, Jennifer has worked at Clark Enterprises, the private investment company investing on behalf of the A. James Clark family. She currently operates in a dual function as a Director and CFO at CNF Investments, the private equity arm of Clark Enterprises. She is responsible for sourcing and managing portfolio companies with a focus on enterprise software and an emphasis on financial technology, marketing technology and education technology. She also oversees the finance operations and administration of the fund.
Jennifer currently serves on the board of Ingo Money and Regent Education, as a board observer for Carbon38 and works closely with a number of portfolio companies. She also serves on the board of Hearts and Homes for Youth, a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering youth who have experienced abuse, neglect, mental health issues, homelessness, and other trauma. Prior to CNF, Jennifer worked at BenefitNation, Inc. an early internet publishing solution company and at Arthur Andersen, LLP in the audit division with a focus on real estate and banking. Jennifer is a CPA with a BS in both Accounting and Finance from the University of Maryland’s Robert H. Smith School of Business.
