Regent Training

Delivery Services

Web Front End Integration
Regent will work with your information technology department to add an additional layer of security to your Regent installation. Using your existing web server or installing new web server software, Regent will configure the ISAPI redirector to keep students and staff one more layer away from direct database access to the Regent system.

Regent Student Portal Configuration
Setup and configure the Regent Student Self Service Portal and enable students to accept/reject student awards and award amounts. Regent will work with both your financial aid and information technology departments to configure the Self Service Portal to display awards, comments, and document tracking items, as well securing the portal.

Regent Workflow Configuration/Setup
Regent trainers will work with your financial aid team to define your institutions business rules. With business rules in hand, Regent will customize the menu and workflows within the Regent application to match your institution's business processes.

Regent Imaging
Go paperless! Setup Regent imaging and leverage the efficiencies of scanning student documents. Working with your staff, Regent will help your institution define documents and forms that must be returned by the student. These documents will be optimized to work best with the Regent Imaging product.
