Poulton Joins Regent As New CTO
Frederick, Maryland, May 5, 2010 – Regent Education,

pleased to announce the appointment of Shaun Poulton as the
company’s new Chief Technology Officer (CTO).
Prior to joining Regent, Mr. Poulton founded and led enterprise
software development organizations at AETEA Information Technology and SM
Consulting, providing enterprise software solutions and system
integrations to leading global organizations such as John Hopkins
University, Merck, AmerisourceBergen, World Wildlife Fund, Black &
Decker and many others. Mr. Poulton has been recognized by CIO Magazine
and Barron’s for his project work, and has been invited to speak at
several national conferences regarding his experience creating and
maintaining Enterprise Portals.

As Chief Technology Officer, Mr. Poulton will lead Regent's Product
Development organization, including the strategic design and deployment of
the company's enterprise applications. He will also be responsible
for the technical architecture and direction for the Regent Enterprise
product suite.
