Lou Pugliese Named Chairman of the Board at Regent.

the company as Chairman of Board and stakeholder in the company.
Pugliese is president of Learning Diagnostics Inc. (LDI), an education
holding company and consulting organization that provides assistance to
Fortune 500 organizations involved in education enterprise. Prior to LDI,
he held several senior executive positions including CEO of Blackboard
Inc., a leading provider of enterprise software and services serving more
3,600 institutions to the education industry; Educational Testing
Services; Scholastic Inc.; and Turner Education Services. Pugliese also
served as an Entrepreneur In Residence at Novak Biddle Venture
Partners.

is a noted international speaker on technology innovation in education and

community and serves on the numerous local and regional boards in
education and software related businesses. A highly accomplished
senior executive and a well-known figure in the Education industry,
Pugliese will assist the Company in the development of overall business
