Former SunGard Higher Education CEO Joins Regent Board of Directors
Higher Education Leader Brings Software Management Expertise

today announced the appointment of Brian Madocks to its Board of
Directors.

Most recently, Brian served as CEO of SunGard
Higher Education (SGHE). In this role, Brian was responsible for strategy,
operation planning, and hiring top talent that made SGHE the leading global
provider of software and services to colleges and universities. Prior to
SunGard, Brian was Senior Vice President and General Manager of SAP
America, Inc.

Academic Affairs Committee, and is a member of the Planning Committee.
Brian is also a board member of the Philadelphia Outward Bound Center.
