Regent User Group Conference

We have postponed our 2008 National User Conference due to client budget constraints that prohibit out of state travel; however, we, at Regent, understand the importance of gathering our customers together and working one-on-one in an intimate learning environment, as well as fostering regular interaction within the user community itself. As such, we are proposing an East Coast User Group meeting to be held on October 6th and 7th at our headquarters in Frederick, Maryland; and a West Coast User Group meeting to be held around CCCSFAAA-CASFAA, December 5th to the 9th , in Anaheim, California. There will be no charge for attending these events this year given the cancellation of the National User Conference, other than your related travel expenses.

Additionally, later this week, we will be providing a list of software issues and enhancements we have collected via email. We would like to ask that our clients take an opportunity to rank the list in the order of importance from their perspective to assist us with formulating our product road map. We will utilize the list as a round table discussion either at the East Coast User Group or virtually via teleconference on October 7th.
