As Chief Technology Officer, Shaun leads Regent's Product Development organization, including the strategic design and deployment of the company's enterprise applications.  He is responsible for the technical architecture and direction for the Regent Enterprise product suite.   He brings a broad range of technology experience with a proven track record of leading large cross-functional software development teams with focus on both strategic and tactical delivery plans and process improvement.  Shaun has particular expertise in large-scale application development, database design, reporting and business intelligence solutions, enterprise portals and system usability.

Prior to joining Regent, Shaun founded and led enterprise software development organizations at AETEA Information Technology and SM Consulting where he provided enterprise software solutions and system integrations to leading organizations worldwide including Black & Decker, Johns Hopkins University, Merck, AmerisourceBergen, World Wildlife Fund and many others.   Shaun also was an owner and partner in SilverLake Technologies and has worked for Legg Mason Wood Walker, The American Physical Society and the National Marine Fisheries Service providing Internet-based software solutions.

Shaun holds a B.S in Information Systems Management from the University of Maryland.
