As Senior Vice President of Operations, Scott is responsible for the Product Development, Delivery, Hosting and Customer Support functions for Regent.

He brings over 20 years of broad range technology experience, including product development and design, software engineering, program management, product strategy, and strategic negotiations in worldwide markets. Scott has a proven record of leading complex system implementation and integration projects and is experienced in deploying and maintaining complex enterprise management solutions.

Prior to joining Regent, Scott worked at IBM as a Manager for Strategic Accounts in the financial sector, supporting the global consolidation of business processes and applications brought on by mergers and acquisitions. Earlier in his career, he led product development and services teams in the public and private sectors at technology companies, such as Micromuse, Actano and Siebel.

Scott holds a Masters of Science in Business Administration and Telecommunications from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Computer Information Systems from Shepherd University.
