Philip Coady
As Senior Vice President of Sales, Philip
is responsible for all of Regent's sales operations, overseeing direct,
indirect and channel partner functions. Philip has a long history of developing IT start up
firms and leading effective transitions through high value mergers and
acquisitions. Prior to joining Regent, Philip spent 7 years at
Plateau Systems, a leading global provider of adaptable, unified web-based
talent management software, content and services to onboard, develop,
manage and reward talent. While at Plateau, he
spearheaded the company’s bookings growth of over 60% year over
year, managed the growth of the sales and marketing organizations from 4
to 75 people, and instituted a “customer first” and “no
excuse” culture within the sales organization leading to continued
sales growth.
