Hans is responsible for the company's financial operations, business analysis, financial and operational planning, and financial reporting. He also oversees human resources and administrative services.

Hans joined Regent in 2005 after serving nearly three years as Vice President of Finance & Operations for Synoptics Inc, a UK based manufacturer of scientific instruments.

Hans brings over 20 years experience working in senior financial and operational capacities for Acterna, ManTech Environmental Corporation and BP Solar.

Hans has an M.B.A. from the Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University and a B.A. degree in Economics and Finance from Catholic University.
